This word it's already a cliche to most of us. But the question is "where would you spend eternity?". A lot us of take life for granted or would I say, most of us haven't come to the full realization that there is life after death.What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and looses his/her soul. My utmost desire when I get to heaven is to hear God say to me "oh good and faithful servant, you have done so well, come into your test"... nothing will be more fulfilling to me than that.
The painful part of this whole eternity race is that many of us have missed the right path to follow to enable us wear the crown on the last day. We now think things like evangelism, offerings, tithe, baptism, going to church daily etc is the right path to winning this crown forgetting the very essence of God's principles and values which we are to uphold and help differentiate us from world people.
Most Christians have two identity; one, this the identity your religious folks know you with and two, is the identity the world know you with. This has make most Christians not credible nor trust worthy. Thus, you hear people say "if he/she is a Christian I'm not doing business with him/her". Our life has Christians comprises of the daily routine we do, how we trart people, how we respond to life issues and how most importantly how we reflect God's image to our world because as He is so are we.
Let's have a rethink and alms ourselves a candid question "Am I at the right track in making eternity"?
